Is This Role Right for Me?

As the Office Manager you will support employees by ensuring that day-to-day office operations run smoothly and that our employees feel taken care of and supported through a positive, welcoming environment where people can do their best work. Additionally, you’ll assist the People team by supporting in and out-of-office events and owning employee onboarding, and general HR administration.

As Our Office Manager, You'll Get to...

General Office Management:

- Create and maintain a positive, productive, efficient office environment, where employees feel home away from home. This will include liaising with vendors, caterers, building management, etc. 

- Help assist with the execution of company events, such as holiday parties, happy hours, and offsites, including logistics, scheduling, setup, and clean up.

- Manage daily incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

- Ensure that our office is safe, compliant and is running as efficiently as possible!

- Provide general support and assistance to office visitors (i.e., candidates, clients).

- Lead office improvement projects either on your own or with other relevant stakeholders

- Order and store office supplies, stationery and snacks, as needed

- Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues 

People Ops:

- Manage all day-to-day People related admin activities, including onboarding and offboarding employees in various systems, assist with employee events.

- Take ownership of processing benefits, timesheet, vacation, leave, overtime and any other related HR activity for the team

We're Looking for People Who Have...

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and writing and verbal communications skills.
  • The aptitude to work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
  • The ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily tasksProven ability to coordinate and complete multiple projects.
  • Experience managing relationships with landlords and building maintenance teams.
  • Experience managing a monthly budget.
  • Experiencing scheduling and managing events for 100+ people.
  • Experience with payroll, employee administration, or data entry.
  • The ability to lift 30 lbs.
