The Role:

You will build our customer advocacy and experience practice from the ground up. You will lead a team to create our first customer advisory board(s). You will operationalize a process for building a library of referrals, testimonials, customer speakers, and case studies so that we can showcase Daily Pay in our customers’ own words. You’ll also be responsible for post-onboarding programs to increase engagement and train our customers and their employees.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Build and lead the customer advocacy team and mentor talent for success and individual career growth. This team is expected to grow over time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Support, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to develop a programmatic approach to drive and support the overall online experience for our customers and their employees.
  • Increase the breadth and depth of community usage across our customer base to drive self-sufficiency at the individual and customer levels.
  • Be a thought leader and vocal advocate for the needs of online assets including Product Documentation, Online Training, and our case study repository.
  • Be a thought partner with senior stakeholders to advocate for and drive our overall customer lifecycle content strategy, focused on core use cases and product roadmap innovations.
  • Analyze the data around usage of the content and use that to make recommendations about content gaps or styles of content as an advocate for customer users.
  • Analyze Daily Pay online assets as a customer engagement tool and show value in the investment as we grow and improve the relevance of the information and interactions.
  • Provide business input and action plans, working with other functions of the business.

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 8 plus years of demonstrated success as a manager or director in a similar role
  • Experience successfully mentoring and managing a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced scale-up environment
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
