Job Description

• Answer and screen all incoming calls and redirect calls accordingly.
• Greet a diverse group of visitors (vendors, candidates, etc.) in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
• Manage meeting calendar and conference call schedule, make appointments, organize meetings and occasionally take and maintain meeting minutes.
• Schedule meetings and allocate usage of conference rooms.
• Respond to various internal requests in an approachable and helpful manner.
• Liaise with the facilities and technology team.
• Maintain a professional and tidy waiting area, conference rooms, and pantry.  
• Create and process travel and expense reports.
• Coordinate academic seminars and teambuilding events.

Desirable Candidates

• Bachelor degree required.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate problems and effectively follow up.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls and issues.
• Interest in Finance (no prior experience required).
