What We’re Looking For: 

As a Reservations Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining efficiency, helping to maximize revenue, and providing a delightful experience to our guests. In this role, you’ll help to maintain an easy and secure reservation flow for both our guests and our staff. You’ll assist in handling everything from organizing group and special reservations to managing booking payments across the Domio portfolio.

At Domio You Will:

  • Answer all incoming calls/emails promptly in an attentive, delightful, and efficient manner
  • Answer guest inquiries about unit specifics including facilities, hours of operation, and local area & attractions
  • Book unit reservations while focusing on maximizing revenue and average rate, upselling units when possible
  • Handle all special reservations, including V.I.P. reservations, packages, discounts, and internal Domio employee travel
  • Ensure guest financials are accurate and correct payment discrepancies
  • Enforce cancellation and payment policies
  • Assist with guest relocations
  • Review calendar availability to ensure no double bookings/unnecessary blocks 
  • Assist with group reservation requests and room blocks
  • Collect data on guest incidents to help analyze patterns
  • Communicate with wholesale partners and OTA’s
  • Research travel agent commissions

Who You Are:

  • Prior hospitality reservations experience is a plus
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, nights and weekends may be required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to navigate efficiently in multiple applications with proficiency / tech savvy
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Excellent communicator and comfortable speaking with people over the phone and via email
  • Must be self-driven and motivated
  • Creative, responsive, and adaptive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
