DoorDash Drive is looking for a data-first operator to join the team as a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate!

DoorDash Drive is our company’s hypergrowth fulfillment platform serving restaurants, grocers, and retailers across the United States and Canada. 

The Strategy & Operations Senior Associate will advance the company’s efforts to scale and optimize the Drive platform by focusing on our most unique and challenging workstreams across our core restaurant business. 

About the Role

On a typical day, you may synthesize insights from merchant partners, guide new product strategy, build tools that allow teams to increase their work 10x, run and refine experiments to improve operations, dive into data to explain performance at the lowest level of detail, and make sure we never stop growing and performing. If you have a bias towards action, enjoy moving fast, and have demonstrated success in using analytics to drive business impact, we want to hear from you! 

What You’ll Do

You’ll help scale our restaurant fulfillment business. You’ll ultimately be responsible for the operations and efficiency of our core fulfillment product.  

• Strategize. Steer the scaling and optimization of operations and quality across our restaurant business.
• Build. Execute product testing and roll-outs on the ground with merchant partners to build a best-in-class operational playbook.
• Lead and collaborate. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Account Managers to refine platform capabilities.
• Execute. Identify and quantify levers to help move key metrics and execute on operational targets. 
• Consult. You’ll dive deep into data to provide insights and recommendations to our leadership. 
• Analyze. You’ll assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions, and iterate based on data.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience of post-graduation; consulting or other quantitative role a plus
• Expertise in SQL queries coupled with business acumen
• Proficiency in one or more analytics & visualization tools (e.g., Chartio, Tableau)
• Bachelor’s degree required
