The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Junior Client Partner to join our DACH and BeNeLux Agency sales and client management team in our Berlin office.

Responsibilities:

In this role you be responsible for facilitating multiple types of customer requests and all account management across multiple functions with a focus on supporting the team’s existing accounts, fulfilling the cross sell and up-sell opportunities among our agency partners. You will also hold a number of personally assigned accounts with a monthly revenue target to sell our products. 

• Working closely to assist and support the Agency sales team contributing to the quality of account management and helping them to meet their targets by handling important internal administrative tasks on their behalf
• Facilitating multiple types of customer requests, such as:
• Process by-activity license requests across all Shutterstock products
• Downloading of content and forwarding to clients
• Check and forward client research briefs to the research team
• Pulling data reports from admin system to help sales team analyse historical sales data
• Editing Email contact lists prior to being sent
• Other manual processes

• Research accounts, gather customer information, identify key players, and generate interest
• Educate accounts, prospects and decision makers on Shutterstock Enterprise products and value proposition
• Encourage and enable customers to self-serve
• Collect and report into Manager client feedback identifying content gaps within each product
• Working internally, cross departmentally on behalf of the Agency Sales team to provide timely responses to our customer queries

Requirements:

• at least 2 years’ experience as an account manager or client partner from a media or creative agency background
• fluent German and English a must with French or Dutch an advantage
• ability to prioritise work from multiple stakeholders across the team while being highly detail oriented
• ability to adapt quickly to new processes and system changes with a positive approach
• experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM an advantage
