About the Role
Particle Health seeks an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee critical systems and information management for our rapidly scaling business operations.
The best candidates for this role will have extensive program/project management experience, as well as cutting-edge understanding of best practices in organizational documentation standards and practices.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Digital Information Management Systems
- Manage all information management systems, such as Notion, Salesforce, and Google Drive
- Own and coordinate seamless implementation processes for all existing and new information management systems, consulting with teams to minimize disruption and ensure success
- Serve as system administrator for all information management systems and tools, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness and seeking opportunities for improvement in effectiveness and efficiency
- Manage user access to information management systems
- Support internal system users when needed
- Project/OKR Documentation
- Define and enforce project documentation standards
- Support the launch and scoping stages of new projects
- Regularly audit existing projects for quality and consistency
- Own project reporting for OKR processes
- Librarian
- Design, communicate, and enforce the logic and organization of information in the company, including organizational principles and nomenclature
- Serve as internal expert on best practices for information and document management, staying current on the topics of security, privacy, and tooling.
Qualifications: Required:
- 6+ years professional experience, at least 2 in a technology-focused environment
- Significant project and/or program management experience, with a particular focus on documentation and reporting
- Experience supporting both technical and non-technical audiences with onboarding onto and documentation of process and projects
- Technical and non-technical writing experience
- Significant experience and success working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative work environment
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Notion as an information and project management tool; bonus if skills include Notion development
- Experience onboarding employees into tools and resources
- Experience in a high-growth technology startup
- Fluency in technical and non-technical program and project management tools
