We are a successful and growing luxury travel agency operating in midtown Manhattan and catering to high-net-worth travelers worldwide. Our company produces only bespoke experiences -- think of it as travel haute couture. Whether it's arranging a ski-in, ski-out Villa in Courchevel, a sun-soaked week on the Amalfi Coast or a private tour of Angkor Wat, we work tirelessly to ensure that our clients do not feel bound by the typical constraints of travel; if a destination excites you, it excites us.

 

Our Senior Travel Advisors are dynamic, passionate curators of luxury travel itineraries. They communicate directly with clients and represent the brand through their client awareness, precise research, and bespoke finished product. They love luxury properties and excursions as much as our clients do, and they are able to fluently and cogently analyze and discuss them.

 

A successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for travel, industry experience and meticulous organizational skills. During the interview process, we’re eager to converse with candidates who can effortlessly discuss far-flung luxury locales, the ins-and-outs of high-end client services and the tools through which the industry conducts its business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via a variety of mediums
  • Plan, create and submit bespoke client itineraries
  • Liaise with properties, operators, guides and other suppliers
  • Catalog and manage relevant client information in Salesforce CRM
  • Attend meetings and conferences on behalf of our team
  • Travel on familiarization or “Fam” trips to properties around the world
  • Help to guide and develop the talents of junior team members

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in the luxury travel industry, preferably at an agency/consultancy
  • A dynamic self-starter who is not afraid to jump into the deep-end when appropriately prepared
  • Tech savvy
  • Significant personal or professional travel experience, especially to luxury locales
  • Superlative verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience conducting client services for high-net-worth individuals
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to go the extra mile
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking
  • Highly accurate and effective time management

Required:

  • B.A. or equivalent
  • 2+ years of luxury travel industry experience

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience
