The best candidates also have excellent problem-solving skills, and a track record of creatively achieving client objectives, particularly when faced with obstacles, including juggling multiple priorities and servicing partners.

We will give serious consideration to all candidates with a combination of proven account sales growth digital marketing expertise, sound leadership, and experience.

Responsiblities

  • Responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with AdHawk customers to sheppard through the onboarding process
  • Work closely with both the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure top notch customer service
  • Work with clients and Account Managers to understand what conversion events they want to track
  • Facilitate clients through successful implementations of Adwords, Facebook, Google Analytics, and GTM tracking codes across their web pages
  • QA all conversion events to ensure proper implementation and accurate tracking metrics
  • Administrative onboarding tasks such as setting up client reports, ensuring data compliance within our CRM, setting up task workflows, etc.

 

Requirements

  • Self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently
  • Interest in providing leadership and accountability and solve business problems through your own subject matter expertise and through your team
  • Proactively identifies issues and escalates to Leadership when appropriate
  • Leads and contributes to improvements in processes (technical or business) for onboarding, reporting, and analysis
  • Has a natural inclination, and passion to learn & grow by making things better for Clients and AdHawk
  • Effectively manages clients’ expectations from the start of a relationship through the life cycle of the relationship
  • Learns from mistakes, takes action to apply the learning’s and provides peer and team-wide feedback for those in the immediate area of focus
  • Bonus points if you have previous experience in implementing and QAing conversion tracking
