We are looking for a detail-oriented Temporary Executive Assistant that will support our executives in their day to day needs. This person will be responsible for greeting guests, planning travel, scheduling appointments, handling travel expenses, and serving as the point of contact for all matters related to our leadership team.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain frequently changing calendars through Outlook and understand Executive's priorities to effectively manage that calendar
  • Provide organizational support including ordering supplies, maintaining files and other confidential information
  • Coordinate all aspects of executive level appointments, meetings, receptions and conference calls
  • Roll-up your sleeves and jump in whenever it’s required
  • Submit and track expense reports

Who we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience assisting at the leadership level in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional planning, time management and organizational skills
  • Superior communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Able to effectively interact with all levels of management and other staff
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Concur and Google Docs
