We're looking for an experienced Travel Expert to operate and coordinate flight arrangements from start to finish for our employees.
You are:
An experienced Travel Expert with 5+ years of experience managing the business travel domain within companies. You have significant travel know-how to ensure a smooth travel experience for employees. You're comfortable managing high volume and complexity of travel requests as well as constantly advancing the travel function itself. You have knowledge of airline, hotel, car rental rules and regulations, and Global Distribution Systems (TAS).
You also have great interpersonal and communication skills, and you're a team player. You're definitely someone who's driven to go above and beyond for our employees and pay close attention to detail. You're open-minded, have initiative and can juggle multiple tasks like a pro.
As a Travel Expert you will:

• Create the best travel experience for Wix employees in the U.S.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of business travel to meet our employees' specific needs
• Serve as liaison between travel agencies, employees and managers and ensure that all travel suppliers meet the requirements of Wix
• Advise travelers and assist with any specialized travel documents such as visas, passports, COVID testing, etc.
• Handle invoices and approve them
• Be available beyond business hours in order to address any needs an employee may have regarding the business trip
• Work closely with suppliers, and others inside and outside the company
