As the workplace experience continues to expand and transform, keeping our employees connected, engaged and supported has become more important than ever.  To ensure success in our continued evolution, we seek a New York City based Senior Workplace Coordinator.  Operating within the Workplace Experience team, they will embody our core values of ‘We are One Collibra’ by bringing our employees together through a best-in-class workplace experience and ‘Be the Customer’s Champion’ as we work with Collibrians (our customers) around the globe to navigate the future of workplace and our return.

The Workplace Coordinators at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Warmly welcoming candidates, clients, guests and employees to our office at the front desk 
  • Regularly assessing space readiness, ensuring workspaces, conference rooms, and offices are safe and employee ready
  • Own Collibra's front lobby experience, ensuring employees and guests have a positive, productive and functional office experience including checking people in 
  • Manage the reception area keeping everything stocked and organized 
  • Executing on local and global workplace experience initiatives, and partnering with other departments on cross functional plans and projects to deliver successful outcomes
  • Direct incoming calls, mail and inquiries properly so that everyone is informed and up to date

You Have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a office or receptionist role 
  • Familiarity with space and visitor management platforms 
  • Owned aspects of office operations and partnered with vendors to ensure the proper maintenance of our space and the systems in it 
  • Experience working within SLAs and using a service desk platform
  • The ability to work from our office full time as it is safe to do so (please note that we have defined safety protocols in place that determine the office status of open or closed as we continue to monitor the local COVID-19 incidence rate).

  • Self-driven and creative in coming up with solutions and processes improvements that are in the best interest for our team and business 
  • A forward thinker who has a strong sense of ownership and initiative - you anticipate needs and deliver conclusions 
  • A team player and an expert juggler who thrives in a fast paced environment and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
  • A clear communicator - both written and verbal - as well as through email and posted signage, with an eye for detail

Reporting to Collibra's Head of Workplace and Real Estate, NA, Workplace Coordinator measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will meet the team and begin to learn the ins and outs of our office space.  
  • Within your third month, you will have established working relationships with workplace vendors, cross functional partners, internal employees, peers and stakeholders.  
  • Within your sixth month, you will have successfully delivered global workplace initiatives locally and among our satellite offices.
