Joining Collibra's Workplace Experience team:

As the workplace experience continues to expand and transform, keeping our employees connected, engaged and supported has become more important than ever.  To ensure success in our continued evolution, we seek a New York City based Workplace Manager.   Operating within the Workplace Experience team, they will embody our core values of ‘One Collibra’ by bringing our employees together through a best-in-class workplace experience and ‘Be the Customer’s Champion’ as we work with Collibrians (our customers) around the globe to navigate the future of workplace and our return. 

Workplace Managers at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Becoming an ambassador of the Workplace Experience team, building relationships with leaders and serving as the lead point of contact focused on providing a positive, comfortable, and functional work space and experience for our employees and guests
  • Proactively and efficiently managing end to end workplace operations, emergency action plans, and repairs and maintenance items, and scheduling and performing mandated safety inspections and drills as well as staying up to date on changing local government regulations to ensure we remain compliant with workplace safety expectations
  • Managing relationships with vendors and partners and tracking related expenditures in line with the site budget.  
  • Creating and documenting programs, policies and procedures, and changes to the office as the future of the workplace continues to unfold.

You Have:

  • Managed workspaces at a rapidly growing, global organization for 4+ years 
  • Driven workplace services, initiatives, plans and projects forward to successful completion and maintained excellent working relationships with cross functional teams
  • Engaged with key stakeholders to ensure their understanding of anticipated outcomes, emerging challenges and budgeted service levels and worked closely with team members to ensure their understanding of project management processes, priorities and expected outcomes
  • Experience working with floor plans and construction/infrastructure documentation and an understanding of workplace systems, tools and platforms, commercial leases as well as workplace safety regulations and best practices 
  • The ability to work from our office in the Financial District full time as it is safe to do so (Please note that we have defined safety protocols in place that determine the office status of open or closed as we continue to monitor the local COVID-19 incidence rate).

  • Solutions oriented and have the ability to adapt to various personalities and rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Highly organized and an excellent communicator with an acute attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal skills 
  • A team player who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done


Reporting to Collibra's Head of Workplace and Real Estate, NA, Workplace Manager measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will begin to learn the ins and outs of our NYC workspace and existing programs, policies and procedures in place. 
  • Within your third month, you will be comfortably overseeing our NYC workspace and building relationships with key stakeholders, cross functional partners and peers. 
  • Within your sixth month, you will propose initiatives to elevate the workplace experience in NYC as well as additional satellite offices in North America.
