General Summary: 

The WW Good Road Tour Associate will be embarking on a 3-month tour throughout the United States and Canada (Friday through Sundays) to set up and implement 5K healthy habits walks in different public parks. The role involves traveling with the team, representing the WW Brand to members and coaches throughout North America, helping people along their walk, leading a short activity that has been created and that you will be trained to facilitate.

You will be traveling with a team of others and will be given clear instructions along the way on how to represent the brand, how to lead your activity, how to handle questions from the members, how to set up and take down all equipment in the parks.

These walks are extremely rewarding because we help people to develop healthy habits and to feel capable of accomplishing their fitness goals. We also raise money in each location that goes to helping impoverished communities throughout North America to access healthy, fresh fruits and vegetables more easily. By participating in this project, you are making a big difference.
Key Responsibilities: 

• Travel to and from each location
• Help set up the 5K races
• Help facilitate activity within the 5K race in a friendly, encouraging manner
• Help clean up after the 5K race
• Must be available to attend races on 10 weekends throughout July 21 - Oct 20.

Experience Required: 

• Able to travel by airplane
• Friendly and likes being around people
• Helpful and proactive
• Willing to carry boxes
• Willing to walk distances (5K)
