The Team
Our team draws experience from DRW, Deutsche Bank, Rockpoint, Nansen, Balancer, and other leading DeFi and TradFi institutions. We are Series A+ funded by Coinbase Ventures, Framework, Dragonfly, DCG, Nascent, Ethereal, and others. We are growing rapidly and have recently announced strategic partnerships with PayPal, Aravolta, and others.
We have no middle managers and move quickly from idea to execution. You will work directly with founders and senior team members on live deals.
The Role
This is a broad, hands-on operations role for someone early in their career who wants to be at the center of how a fast-moving company actually runs. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will own the day-to-day “run the business” tasks that keep finance and operations moving — from paying vendors and chasing invoices to coordinating service providers, producing reports, and handling the administrative work that keeps everything organized. We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and eager to learn, who takes ownership of getting things done.
Responsibilities
- Support financial analysis of business performance and project management of company-wide initiatives
- Produce and maintain recurring operational and financial reporting; help build and update simple trackers and dashboards.
- Coordinate external service providers (registered agents, legal, banking and payment providers, SaaS vendors) — track deliverables, renewals, and deadlines so nothing slips.
- Support onboarding workflows for new vendors, partners, and team members, including collecting documentation and moving processes along.
- Own general administrative tasks: scheduling, correspondence, document management, and keeping internal systems tidy and up to date.
- Lead process improvement intitiatives across multiple internal functions
- Provide office and team support, and jump in on ad hoc projects as the business scales.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, finance operations, bookkeeping, administration, or a similar cross-functional support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you keep track of many moving pieces and rarely let things slip.
- Comfort with numbers and basic financial workflows (invoices, payments, reconciliations), and solid spreadsheet skills.
- A clear, proactive communicator who can deal professionally with external providers and internal stakeholders.
- Reliable and self-directed — comfortable managing multiple workstreams with minimal supervision in a fast-moving environment.
- Interest or experience in crypto, DeFi, fintech, or early-stage startups.
- Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-jurisdictional operations (Cayman, BVI, Panama, or similar), or being multi-lingual.
- Base salary: USD $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience
- Long-term token incentive package.
- Unlimited PTO.
- Health & wellness reimbursements.
