As an Optical Test Station Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing state-of-the-art optical test stations. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of optical test stations, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate test stations into our overall testing infrastructure.
- Develop and implement test protocols and procedures, ensuring accurate and repeatable results.
- Analyze test data and provide insights to improve product performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in optical testing technologies and incorporate them into our solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
- Must-Have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in optical and electrical test or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of optical principles and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Electrical design software and simulation tools.
- Experience with source code control systems
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with automated test equipment and control systems.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fixture or PCB Thermal design experience.
- Experience with PCB Layout RF and low Freq signals.
