The Opportunity
As an Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Oracle practice. You will leverage your skills in Oracle Human Capital Management to address complex business challenges, helping organizations optimize their workforce technology. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships, guiding and mentoring junior team members, and navigating complex situations to deliver quality work. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context, using critical thinking to analyze complex concepts and anticipate client needs.
In this role, you will be part of the Workforce Technology - Oracle HCM team, contributing to the Digital Core Modernisation network. You will collaborate with clients to implement Oracle solutions that enhance their human capital management processes. Your role will involve using a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, while maintaining professional and technical standards. This position offers the opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, all while contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Implementing Oracle HCM solutions to enhance client workforce management capabilities
- Collaborating with clients to understand their human capital management needs and tailoring Oracle HCM solutions accordingly
- Leading the configuration and deployment of Oracle HCM modules such as Absence Management, Benefits Administration, and Talent Management
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher to generate insightful reports and analytics for clients
- Conducting business process improvement initiatives to optimize HR operations and increase efficiency
- Managing change initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions to new Oracle HCM systems
- Providing guidance on strategic human resource planning and organizational development
- Analyzing workforce data to inform decision-making and improve HR metrics
- Supporting the integration of AI and digital tools to enhance human capital management processes
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge on Oracle HCM best practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data insights
- Managing Human Resources (HR) Transformation projects effectively
- Implementing strategic Human Resource Planning initiatives
- Excelling in Business Process Improvement methodologies
- Leveraging AI-Human Collaboration for innovative solutions
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
