Job Description:
The Order Tracking Specialist is an essential component of the certified agency team. The
Order Tracking specialist is responsible for obtaining signed 485’s from MDs.
What we are looking for:
- High School Diploma
- Experience with 485's (Preferred)
- Accepting candidates Bilingual Spanish, Creole, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Bengali or Hindu
- Experience with customer service
- Experience with high volume coordination
- Flexibility with working over-time as needed
- Home care experience/CHHA a plus
