Our Vision

Gaia is building the first family-building company — a new category that gives people control over their fertility journey.

Gaia was born from our founder’s own journey through fertility treatment — the uncertainty, the cost, the emotional toll, and the belief that people deserve something better: clarity, protection, and a partner who stays the course.

Our mission is simple and ambitious: give everyone the best shot at parenthood, whether they’re trying today or planning for tomorrow. We achieve this through a trusted clinic network selected for its results, flexible payment options, and a 90+ NPS care team that treats every patient with compassion and precision.

The Role

Content Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement organic social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, etc..), creating compelling content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and community growth without paid promotion.

Community Management - Build and nurture online communities through authentic engagement, responding to comments/messages, fostering conversations, and cultivating brand advocates while maintaining brand voice consistency.

Performance Analysis - Track and analyze organic social metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, content performance), derive actionable insights, and optimize strategy based on data to continuously improve organic performance.

Content Creation and Management - Hands-on content creator: script, film, edit, and Plan, coordinate, and schedule content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent posting cadence, seasonal relevance, and alignment with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.

Trend & Platform Expertise - Stay current on social media trends, algorithm changes, emerging features, and best practices; leverage trending topics, audio, formats, and platform-specific opportunities to maximize organic reach and virality

About You
  • You have created viral or high-performing content across multiple platforms.

  • You have a track record of managing organic social accounts for brands, with demonstrated success in growing engaged communities.

  • Strong copywriting skills combined with design/video editing capabilities.

  • Able to produce platform-native content quickly while maintaining brand standards and visual consistency.

  • Comfortable with analytics tools and can translate metrics into strategic recommendations.

  • Understands what content performs and why, with ability to pivot based on insights.

  • Naturally spends time on social platforms, stays ahead of viral trends, and platform algorithm changes.

  • Has an instinct for what will resonate with target audiences and can move quickly on opportunities.

Salary & Benefits

Here at Gaia, our employees are the foundation of our success. We believe it's important that you are happy, healthy, and motivated.

As such, on top of a competitive market bench-marked salary, we offer benefits including healthcare, fertility support, 401k match, and other benefits. The salary bracket for this role $105 - 115k, and comes with a material equity grant.
