Support People & Organizational Development projects including digital onboarding launch, leadership program coordination, professional development initiatives, communications and research on best practices, administrative support for events, and assisting with AI tool integration into L&D workflows.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and curious Organizational Development Intern to join our People & Organizational Development team. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting initiatives that strengthen our employee experience, culture, and leadership development. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning how people and culture strategies shape great workplaces.
Key Projects & Focus Areas
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to contribute to several strategic initiatives, including:
- Supporting the launch of a new digital onboarding platform and enhancing the virtual onboarding experience for new hires.
- Assisting in the coordination and ongoing management of leadership development programs.
- Supporting professional development initiatives for our office-based teams.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the greater Human Resources team to align efforts across talent, learning, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project coordination, data tracking, and documentation related to onboarding and development programs.
- Help design and update communication materials, presentations, and resources for learning and culture initiatives.
- Conduct research on best practices in leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for workshops, training sessions, and team events.
- Participate in regular check-ins and planning sessions with the Director of People & Organizational Development.
- Support the integration of AI tools into learning and development workflows to improve efficiency and content quality
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural inclination to assist others and foster a welcoming, people-first culture
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Enthusiasm for learning, collaboration, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
