Responsibilities:

• Leads a team of three directors and 20+ operational risk professionals
• Engages with the lines of business and entities on operational risk program content and buildout

Key Experience:

• Deep knowledge in the business processes, risks, and controls of a wholesale bank, including Global Corporate and Investment Banking, Transaction Banking/Securities, Fund Services, and Trust Banking
• Deep knowledge of operational risk management frameworks, programs, and processes
• Experience leading complex teams
• High degree of collaboration with risk peers, business unit risk and control officers, and line-of-business management

The typical base pay range for this role is between $265K - $325K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
