  • 2,000+ clients onboarded

  • $47M revenue in 2024

  • 1B+ ad impressions on TV

In 2025, we’re targeting $100M revenue. Our ultimate goal is to help 1,000,000 businesses advertise on TV.

Your Mission:

We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our pipeline of new business. This role is all about proactive outreach—connecting with prospects who haven’t yet expressed interest but would benefit from what we offer.

You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to craft personalized messaging, identify high-value brands and agencies, and execute creative prospecting strategies across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling. The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and thrives in a high-velocity sales environment.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who is passionate about outbound sales and wants to build a career in a fast-growing company.

What you will do:
  • Partner with an AE to develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies for new business opportunities.

  • Identify and prioritize high-value companies based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • Own the outbound prospecting process end-to-end: build and manage sequences, craft personalized messaging, and execute outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

  • Execute 30–40 high-quality outbound touches per day.

  • Create and qualify opportunities, ensuring a strong problem match and accurate CRM tracking.

  • Use prospecting tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Winmo, and Calendly to prioritize tasks and manage outreach.

  • Keep Salesforce and Outreach records clean and up to date—0 overdue tasks expected daily.

  • Collaborate with AEs on account strategy, map buying committees, and ensure smooth handoffs.

  • Track and adapt outreach tactics based on reply and conversion data.

  • Share insights with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to continuously improve prospecting outcomes.

We’d love to work with you if:
  • 1+ year of outbound BDR or SDR experience, a plus if selling into brands or agencies

  • Confident and consistent with cold calling and cold emailing as primary channels for outreach

  • Strong knowledge of modern prospecting tools and techniques.

  • Confidence in using Salesforce for daily hygiene, reports, and opportunity management.

  • Proficiency in Outreach (advanced sequencing, AB testing, task prioritization).

  • Familiarity with Sales Navigator for persona targeting and list building.

  • A track record of booking high-quality meetings that align with ICP and sales goals.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • A self-starter mindset and the ability to work independently and iteratively.

Perks & Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) plan with company matching

  • Unlimited PTO to recharge and reset

  • Paid parental leave for maternity and paternity

  • Flexible hybrid work model — we’re based in NYC’s Flatiron District and looking for someone excited to spend time in our new office

  • Base salary: $65,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for commission.
