About Vibe

At Vibe.co, we’re shaping the future of advertising by helping brands connect with audiences in more human, data-driven, and measurable ways. Our platform brings together creativity, technology, and automation to make ad experiences more relevant, efficient, and impactful — across every screen, including CTV.

We’re growing fast — our goal is to 2.5x revenue in 2026, and sales execution will be at the core of how we get there. The conversations we create, the relationships we build, and the pipeline we generate will define how enterprise brands and agencies see Vibe as a category leader in CTV innovation.

We’re a small, high-performing team that values clarity, speed, and execution. We move quickly, prioritize signal over noise, and take pride in disciplined sales processes that consistently turn conversations into revenue.

Your Mission

We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to help build and scale Vibe’s enterprise pipeline. This role is centered on proactive outbound prospecting, with ownership of inbound enterprise leads as a high-priority secondary motion.

You’ll focus on creating new conversations with high-potential brands and agencies, maintaining a strong pool of warm, meeting-ready enterprise accounts, and ensuring every meeting booked has clear context, problem alignment, and readiness. You’ll work closely with Account Executives to execute account strategy, prioritize based on intent signals, and keep enterprise opportunities moving forward.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who is passionate about outbound sales, disciplined execution, and building meaningful pipeline in a fast-growing company.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new enterprise pipeline by identifying and engaging high-potential brands and agencies aligned with our enterprise ICP.

  • Execute personalized outbound outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, completing 40–50 outbound calls per day with a focus on quality conversations.

  • Act on intent signals, alerts, and engagement data to prioritize accounts and adjust daily outreach strategy.

  • Qualify opportunities through thoughtful discovery, validating problem fit, urgency, and meeting readiness before booking.

  • Own assigned enterprise inbound leads, ensuring fast follow-up, proper booking, and consistent attendance.

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives on account strategy, buying committee mapping, and clean handoffs.

  • Actively nurture accounts across intent levels to maintain a healthy pool of warm, meeting-ready enterprise opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce and Outreach, with zero overdue tasks and strong execution discipline.

We’d Love to Work With You If

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR (inbound or outbound), preferably supporting enterprise or mid-market accounts.

  • Experience in the ad tech industry is a plus, particularly if you’ve sold into brands or agencies.

  • Confident and consistent with outbound prospecting, especially cold calling and personalized email.

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Outreach, with a focus on execution discipline and CRM hygiene.

  • Experience using Sales Navigator, intent data, alerts, and research tools to prioritize accounts effectively.

  • Ability to write clear, compelling outbound emails that sound human, relevant, and personalized.

  • Comfortable using LinkedIn as part of a sales motion, including thoughtful engagement and outreach.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, signal-driven sales environment.

Perks & Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) plan with company matching

  • Unlimited PTO to recharge and reset

  • Paid parental leave for maternity and paternity

  • We’re based in NYC’s Flatiron District and looking for someone excited to spend time in our new office

  • Base salary: $65,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for variable compensation.
