We are seeking an experienced Fluid Power sales professional to build relationships, develop new customers, and grow an established territory. You’ll have the freedom to own your territory and build your business, backed by experienced technical, engineering, and customer service teams.

Essential Functions

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on growing existing business and identifying new opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification to customer visits, technical presentations, quotations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, and industrial customers, serving as a trusted resource for their fluid power needs.
  • Leverage CRM tools, sales resources, and territory planning strategies to effectively manage your time, pipeline, and customer relationships.
  • Work closely with experienced customer service, engineering, and technical support teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs and help you achieve your sales goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships through fluid power, hydraulic, motion control, and value-added solutions.

Experience, Education, Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline OR a 2-year technical degree, preferably in Fluid Power; OR any suitable combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • 2+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, with Fluid Power experience strongly preferred.
  • Application and troubleshooting experience with fluid power products and systems is preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
