We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Outside Sales Rep to drive new business and expansion opportunities for AutoFi’s digital retailing and Showroom platforms.
What you will do:
Field Prospecting & Relationship Building
Visit automotive dealerships within your assigned region to generate new business opportunities
Conduct in-person cold outreach to dealership leadership and staff
Identify both new dealership prospects and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Build strong relationships with decision-makers (Owners, General Managers, General Sales Managers, Finance Directors)
Demo Generation (Core KPI)
Schedule 10+ qualified product demos per week
Maintain a strong pipeline through daily outreach and follow-up
Partner with Area Sales Managers on strategy and target accounts
Content Creation & Brand Support
Capture short-form video content during dealership visits (testimonials, walkthroughs, success stories)
Partner with marketing to share authentic field content
Represent the AutoFi brand professionally on-site
Activity Tracking & Reporting
Track activity in CRM (Salesforce)
Maintain organized notes and follow-ups
Continuously optimize outreach strategy
What Success Looks Like
Consistently hitting or exceeding 10 demos per week
Building strong dealership relationships
Generating high-quality pipeline
Contributing valuable field content
What we are looking for:
Comfortable with in-person cold calling
Automotive experience (BDC, Sales, F&I, Vendor) preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Experience creating video or social content
Comfortable on camera
4 days in stores - regional travel to dealerships
Some overnight travel - depending on what state you reside in
