Our team is made up of ambitious, collaborative, and creative individuals who are passionate about social media, digital marketing, and driving performance for clients. As we continue to grow across the US market, we're looking for a Paid Account Manager to join our Paid Media team.
About the role
As a Paid Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across key social and digital platforms, while serving as a trusted partner to our US based clients. You'll own campaign execution from strategy through reporting, ensuring budgets are managed effectively and performance objectives are consistently achieved.

This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, campaign management expertise, and hands-on platform knowledge. You'll work closely with our creative, influencer, and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive meaningful results.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years' experience managing paid media campaigns within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment, with hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, and reporting platforms such as Data Studio.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and six-figure monthly advertising budgets, with a strong understanding of key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with influencer whitelisting, creator licensing, paid amplification strategies, attribution platforms, and advanced tracking solutions is desirable.
  • Relevant platform certifications ( Meta Blueprint, TikTok, or Pinterest) and experience within a social-first agency environment are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms, ensuring strong performance against client objectives and KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, audience targeting, and testing strategies, implementing optimizations to improve overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage client enquiries and account requirements, coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic recommendations and support long-term relationship objectives.
  • Produce campaign reports and performance analyses, using data and insights to identify opportunities, inform strategy, and ensure tracking accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Influencer Marketing, and Client Services teams to develop integrated campaigns and high-performing ad creative.
  • Contribute to testing frameworks, process improvements, and best practices while staying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising opportunities.

Location: This role is open to candidates based anywhere in the United States. Applicants must be available to work EST hours. For candidates located in New York, this is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in our New York office.
