THE ROLE
We are looking for a Paid Marketing Associate to join our vibrant team and drive user growth. The candidate will report directly to our Growth & Strategy Director, and will work closely with the VP of Marketing and broader team.
This role is ideal for a hands-on team builder with a strong digital marketing background and interest in performance and lifecycle marketing. Creative problem-solvers that can think strategically and analytically about sustainable growth - yet want to get tactical and “build” - will particularly enjoy this role. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct recurring weekly and monthly optimization tasks for paid ad campaigns (i.e. keyword expansion, ad testing, negative keyword/inventory management, audience testing etc.) across a variety of channels
- Measure and evaluate success of SEM, Facebook and Display campaigns to inform investment decisions
- Assist in optimization of lead generation funnels and landing pages
- Support affiliate marketing relationships
- Track and analyze email and SMS marketing efforts
- Provide ongoing and ad hoc SEO support to ensure quality rankings
- Collaborate directly with our Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience teams to continuously iterate on our acquisition strategies
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (experience, qualities and requirements)
- 1-2 years of hands-on paid media experience in SEM (Google and Bing) and/or paid Social (Facebook)
- Highly metrics-driven, having analyzed and ideally optimized funnels and synthesized analytics
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables & vlookup)
- Startup or agency experience, preferably within the health/consumer technology space
- Equal interest in both the “numbers” and “creative” sides of marketing, with an overarching passion for the consumer
- Needs to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where resources are constrained and therefore creativity, tenacity and methodical, hands-on problem solving are a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Health, Market Research, or related field preferred
Salary Range: $60-80K
