- Serve as a senior strategic advisor, helping to up-level GTM thinking, media strategy, and performance frameworks across the broader Paid Media function. Feed performance insights and consumer research into active projects, providing strategic counsel to both internal teams and agency partners to sharpen GTM execution.
- Own cross-channel performance analytics for paid media, establishing frameworks to measure and optimize effectiveness across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Video, Affiliates and emerging channels.
- Identify and surface actionable opportunities from data, partnering with analytics and research teams to translate insights into investment decisions and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain performance reporting cadences, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), that give senior stakeholders clear visibility into media performance and new media adoption.
- Lead the development and deployment of Agentic capabilities within the Paid Media function, identifying use cases where AI agents can drive efficiency and performance across the media end to end lifecycle.
- Partner with technology, data, and product teams to define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and oversee implementation of AI-driven tools across areas such as planning, targeting, optimizations and governance.
- Establish governance frameworks for Agentic tools, ensuring responsible and compliant deployment in line with Citi's risk and ethical standards.
- Champion AI and automation as a thought leader internally, driving education and adoption across stakeholder groups.
- 10+ years of experience in Paid Media
- Experience defining and executing GTM strategies, with track record of acting as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams, elevating capability across an organization
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-channel performance planning and media strategy across all paid channels. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into executive-level narratives and strategic recommendations
- Proven experience or strong working knowledge of Agentic AI or marketing technology (e.g., automated bidding, AI-driven optimization, LLM-powered media tools)
- Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills
- Executive level presentation skills
- Bachelor's/University degree required; Master's degree preferred
