Note: Relocation assistance is not provided.
The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company's regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.
Your Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Student at John Deere Waterloo Works in Waterloo, IA, you will:
  • Daily pull data and run reports for the production control team.
  • Conduct inventory audits and make adjustments as needed.
  • Assist Materials specialist with completion of scrap tags and other inventory adjustments.
  • Learn and help manage CWIS orders

This position is not available to students on immigration visas
What Skills You Need
  • Effective communicator who thrives in a team environment.
  • Experience that demonstrates effective multi-tasking, prioritization skills, and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business/Supply Chain related discipline or a minimum of one year of experience in supply chain management or industrial manufacturing operational role.

$15 - $40 hourly based on published rates for business function and education level.
