Requirements

The role

Thrive at the intersection of customer partnership, product expertise, and getting things done.

Passionate about understanding customers, building trusted relationships, and turning their goals into action?

As a Partner Customer Success Manager, you’ll take ownership of a key strategic customer relationship. This isn’t about managing a large portfolio of accounts. It’s about going deep, understanding your customer’s business, building credibility across stakeholders, and helping them get the most value from Kaltura.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership from day one: curious, proactive, independent, and comfortable making things happen. You’ll work closely with the customer and teams across Kaltura to solve problems, identify opportunities, and turn customer needs into successful outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the customer relationship: Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business, goals, stakeholders, and challenges, becoming a trusted day-to-day partner.
  • Drive customer success: Proactively identify needs, risks, and opportunities, and ensure they translate into clear actions and outcomes.
  • Become a product expert: Develop a strong understanding of Kaltura’s products and help the customer use the platform effectively to achieve their business goals.
  • Scope and drive initiatives: Work with the customer and internal teams to define requirements, priorities, timelines, and next steps for projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and other stakeholders to address customer needs and remove blockers.
  • Use data to guide decisions: Analyze product usage, customer data, and feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for greater adoption.
  • Lead customer communication: Conduct business reviews, health calls, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity, ensuring commitments and next steps stay on track.
  • Drive project execution: Manage customer projects from planning through delivery, coordinating stakeholders, priorities, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideally, we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role within a technology or SaaS company.
  • Experience managing key customer relationships, with the ability to build credibility and develop a deep understanding of a customer’s business.
  • Experience and demonstrated success working with Fortune 100 technology companies
  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency
  • Ability to travel up to approximately 33% and as required
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives forward.
  • Experience working within a cloud ecosystem is preferred but not required.
  • Fast learner who can quickly understand new products, technologies, customers, and business challenges.
  • Experience selling and supporting deployment of AI solutions.

The perks:

  1. Hybrid, flexible work environment
  2. Zero employee premium health plan, effective from day 1, plus dental and vision benefits
  3. FSA and 401K with company match
  4. Mobile plan and home internet reimbursement
  5. Personal and professional development programs
  6. Occasional Cross company long weekends
  7. An Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and an E-Verify participant
