Partner – Diversified Energy Sector  

Lead the transformation of North America’s energy landscape. 

At ERM, the world’s leading sustainability consultancy, we work with major energy and power companies to plan, permit, and deliver complex capital projects that will support their low-carbon transition. To keep delivering on those objectives, we are now seeking to hire a new Partner focused on Diversified Energy to drive the strategic growth of capital project's services across North America.

Your Impact 

  • Build and expand executive-level relationships across the Diversified Energy sector. 

  • Drive ERM’s growth by delivering integrated sustainability solutions for complex energy portfolios and capital projects.

  • Advise on regulatory frameworks, decarbonization strategies, and emerging market trends. 

  • Lead high-profile engagements that redefine how energy projects are planned and executed.

  • Recruit and mentor top talent to strengthen ERM’s industry leadership. 

What You’ll Bring 

Required: 

  • 18+ years of experience in consulting or energy/power sectors. 

  • Proven track record of multi-million-dollar sales and strategic account growth. 

  • Deep knowledge of Diversified Energy industry dynamics and regulatory frameworks. 

  • Established network of senior executives in target sectors.

  • BS/MS in environmental science, engineering, or related field. 

Preferred: 

  • Recognized industry authority with thought leadership credentials. 

  • Experience driving innovation in decarbonization and low-carbon economy projects. 

  • Success in building and mentoring high-performance teams. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand strategic client relationships with major energy and power organizations.

  • Lead sales and delivery of ERM’s full suite of consulting services, with a focus on capital project development.

  • Collaborate with regional leadership to implement go-to-market strategies for decarbonization and alternative energy projects.

  • Drive commercial growth through innovative solutions that anticipate client needs.

  • Recruit, develop, and inspire the next generation of ERM leaders.

  • Ensure excellence in project execution, client satisfaction, and risk management.
