We are looking for a Partner Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all in-person and virtual events that support our partnerships organization. This role will be responsible for running large-scale conferences, managing sponsorships, coordinating partner-led webinars, and ensuring every event drives measurable impact and ROI.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, creative, and data-driven event professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. They will work closely with Partner Managers, Marketing, and the People team to execute events that strengthen partner relationships, generate leads, and elevate our brand presence across key markets.

  • 5+ years of experience in event management within B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environments. Partner marketing experience is a plus. 
  • Proven success in running large-scale conferences and field events that drive revenue and pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end event ownership - logistics, budgets, catering, sponsorships, and post-event analytics.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales teams to turn events into measurable outcomes.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized and creative, with an ability to manage multiple projects independently while delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Experience managing event vendors, venues, and agencies; strong negotiation and budgeting skills.
  • Agile and creative mindset with the ability to find solutions and pivot in real-time as needs arise
  • Skilled in CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads and attribution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to manage events and represent Datarails at key partner functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
