About the Role
The Partner Growth Lead will manage and expand a portfolio of partner accounts, with a primary focus on retention, expansion, and long-term value creation.This role is ideal for someone passionate about accelerating revenue through deepened relationships, strategic account planning, and exceptional partner experience. Serving as a trusted advisor, the Partner Growth Lead will work closely with partners to understand their business objectives, align solutions to their growth strategies, and drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of partner accounts, maintaining full quota responsibility across renewals and expansion
Develop and execute renewal and growth strategies aligned with april’s product vision, partner ecosystem, and revenue targets
Build and maintain strong, executive-level partner relationships through proactive engagement and value-based consultation
Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with partner objectives and fintech use cases
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), renewal discussions, and expansion planning with key partner stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Product teams to ensure partner satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account documentation within CRM systems
Experience
5-10 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, account management or partner management, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or technology platforms
Demonstrated success in quota-carrying roles with strong renewal, retention, and expansion performance
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Proven ability to navigate complex partner organizations, multi-stakeholder buying groups, and longer sales cycles
