OVERVIEW:
The Partner Manager - Non-Endemics directly manages Vendor and Ad Agency relationships for Dick’s Retail Media Network. You will present and consult on media plans, present post-campaign reports, address areas of friction, and provide solutions for Vendor goals. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative, coaching, and client service skills, creativity, task management, the ability to thrive in a team environment; and a desire for help others achieve positive results.Job Duties and Responsibilities:- You will be Responsible for Building Vendor Relationships through the use of the Dick’s Retail Media Network.
- Consult on digital media campaign goals and KPI’s, create strategies to meet those goals, and address obstacles for Vendors and their ad agencies.
- Manage high-volume accounts, exceeding sales quotas and growing your own book of business.
- Navigate contacts at vendor accounts and their ad agencies, cultivate relationships at senior levels.
- Provide and present digital post-campaign reports.
- Ability to identify and propose solutions using data.
- Support the Account Manager as he/she follows internal processes to execute media plans in your book of business.
- Collaborate with internal planning, measurement, operations, creative, and product/technology teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
- Maintain accurate client records via CRM tool.
- Be a trusted strategic partner to your vendor clients as they plan digital media campaigns.
- Omni-Channel knowledge/experience and subject matter expertise in performance media a plus.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to cross-sell and upsell as we introduce new ad products and various enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to identify growth opportunities and deliver against quarterly and annual financial targets.
- Maintain and update vendor data, commitments, and process updates via CRM system and internal reporting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide Vendor feedback, continuously refine, iterate, and improve our operating model and ways of working
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3 - 5 years’ experience in account management, sales, customer service, or digital marketing
