Job Category

The Partner Onboarding Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding, activation, and successful launch of new lender partners within the 360 Finance marketplace. This role ensures new partners are efficiently integrated, operationally ready, and positioned for strong early performance on the platform.

This person owns the onboarding lifecycle - from post agreement kickoff through first funded loans - working closely with product, engineering, operations, customer service, and partner stakeholders to deliver a smooth, predictable, and scalable onboarding experience. The role also maintains ongoing relationships with newly onboard partners to ensure stability, issue resolution, and readiness for long term success.


Responsibilities

New Partner Onboarding & Launch

  • Own the full onboarding lifecycle for new lender partners, from initial engagement through successful program launch.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for new partners during onboarding, ensuring clear timelines, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Lead onboarding kickoffs and manage partner readiness across technical, operational, compliance, and commercial dimensions.
  • Ensure partners meet launch criteria and are fully enabled prior to going live on the marketplace.

Cross Functional Execution & Delivery

  • Coordinate closely with product, engineering, operations, customer service, legal, and compliance teams to deliver timely and high-quality partner launches.
  • Translate partner requirements into clear internal execution plans and track progress against onboarding milestones.
  • Proactively identify and resolve onboarding risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Drive continuous improvement of onboarding processes, documentation, and tooling.

Early Performance Monitoring & Stabilization

  • Monitor early performance of newly onboarded partners, including approval rates, funded volume, and operational metrics.
  • Partner with lenders and internal teams to address early performance issues and optimize launch outcomes.
  • Ensure partners are fully supported through the transition from onboarding to steady state relationship management.
  • Develop feedback loops to capture onboarding learnings and improve future partner launches.

Partner Relationship Management (Post Launch)

  • Maintain strong relationships with newly launched partners to ensure operational stability and satisfaction.
  • Serve as an escalation point for onboarding related and early-stage partner issues.
  • Lead initial postlaunch reviews to assess performance, alignment, and next step opportunities.
  • Transition partners smoothly into long term relationship ownership as appropriate.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partner onboarding, partner operations, fintech, lending, or financial services.
  • Proven experience leading complex partner integrations or onboarding programs.
  • Strong understanding of consumer lending, loan origination workflows, and marketplace platforms.
  • Experience managing cross functional delivery with product, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent partner launches.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 USD to $120,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
