Acting as connective tissue between headquarters and the field, you will own community engagement, playbook enablement, and readiness communications—ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution at scale across a global partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Field Readiness & Execution

- Translate global GTM strategy into clear, actionable guidance for regional field teams.
- Support global launch cycles by maintaining readiness calendars, milestones, and workback schedules.
Community Engagement & Communications
- Drive ongoing line-of-business community communications to keep global stakeholders informed, aligned, and focused on key priorities.
- Build, manage, and nurture a worldwide marketer community across regions.
- Plan and execute monthly community calls, including agenda creation, speaker coordination, and content readiness.
- Draft and distribute monthly newsletters highlighting product updates, asset availability, and key changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with channel discipline leads, product marketing, and account teams to support effective field landing.
- Act as the “voice of the regions,” gathering feedback and routing insights back to corporate teams.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for regional marketers, including managing escalations and urgent field needs.
Insights, Measurement & Optimization
- Track marketing asset utilization and adoption to inform future asset development.
- Develop and evaluate methods for collecting field insights and increasing community engagement.
- Improve feedback velocity so field learnings are incorporated into future cycles more quickly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing, channel marketing, or program management.
- 3–5 years of hands-on project or program management experience, including running schedules and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience creating and delivering written and verbal communications for a global audience.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, global organization.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a proactive, customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Comfort working set core hours aligned to a Pacific Time operating model.
- Familiarity with or demonstrated curiosity about AI-powered workflows and tools used in daily marketing operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in thru-partner, retail, or channel-driven marketing environments (e.g., third-party retailers, resellers, OEMs).
- Background in consumer technology or subscription-based business models.
- Experience scaling global marketing communications or readiness programs across multiple regions.
- Demonstrated success using AI tools to improve efficiency, communication, or execution quality.
- Strong community-building instincts with experience managing stakeholder forums or global marketer networks.
- Marketing, project management, or operations certifications (nice to have, not required).
