About you:

You enjoy building real relationships and staying close to the people you work with. You’re at your best when you’re trusted to own things end to end and you take pride in showing up for partners when it matters. You’re comfortable talking about leads, pipeline and revenue, but you never lose sight of the human side of partnerships. You like variety in your work and you’re happy balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. At Access, we’ll give you the space to build a partner ecosystem that genuinely helps our customers and grows the business.

Day‑to‑day, you will:

• Build and manage strong relationships with referral and integration partners, owning each relationship from activation through to ongoing growth.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, product and integrations teams to turn partnerships into a reliable source of high‑quality leads and opportunities.
• Support joint go‑to‑market activity, including partner enablement, co‑marketing, events and new integration launches.
• Act as the main point of contact for partner questions and escalations, making sure issues are resolved clearly and quickly.

Required experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, channel sales, or B2B sales.

• Strong relationship-building skills with a natural ability to earn trust and credibility.

• Revenue-minded and comfortable talking about leads, pipeline, and revenue impact.

• Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through.

• Self-starter with strong autonomy, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable managing multiple partners and workstreams simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% for partner meetings and events.

Nice to Have experience:

• Experience in restaurant tech, payments, POS, SaaS, or hospitality technology

• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or partner ecosystems

• Experience supporting GTM launches or partner programs

• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Compensation: $80k – $95k base salary + $30k variable
