Overview

We are on a mission to ensure everyone has access to medical expertise, no matter where they are.

Half the world still lacks access to quality healthcare. Even in advanced systems, outcomes are uneven, and clinicians are overwhelmed. Medical knowledge grows faster than human capacity can keep up.

Corti is building the infrastructure to close that gap. Our AI platform expands access to medical expertise, reducing errors, restoring time to clinicians, and making care more affordable, accessible, and human again.

There is no quality healthcare without a quality dialogue, and no reliable AI without a strong foundation. Help us build both.

Why Corti?
Corti is building the intelligence layer for global healthcare. We give every developer, product team, and healthcare innovator access to medical-grade AI, so the world can deliver care that is faster, safer, and more human.

Built entirely for healthcare and adjacent industries, Corti’s models are trained on real-world data and optimized for precision, safety, and regulatory trust.

Through modular APIs, teams can embed medical speech recognition, summarization, reasoning, and much more directly into healthcare products without reinventing the foundation.

We power the builders who are redefining how healthcare works, from startups creating new patient experiences to enterprises modernizing the systems that care depends on.

If you believe that AI purpose-built for medicine will define the next century of healthcare, you belong at Corti.

The Role

You will build, enable, and grow a network of solutions partners who build, integrate, and deliver healthcare AI experiences on top of Corti's platform. You'll also build our partner ecosystem from the ground up, architecting commission models, partner programs, and scalable systems that power strategic partnerships. This is a 0-to-1 builder role that sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, and growth. You'll grow Corti's footprint through trusted partnerships, co-selling, and enablement programs that drive adoption and revenue.

What you'll be doing:

Agent Store Growth and Partner Integrations
  • Own the growth of Corti's agent marketplace by expanding the catalog of available agents and integrations

  • Source and onboard software partners to build Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations for the agent store

  • Drive marketplace adoption by scaling the number and variety of partners building on the platform

  • Manage the technical integration process and ensure quality standards

  • Create documentation and enablement materials for partner developers

Platform Partnership Development
  • Build relationships with AI coding platforms (Loveable, Bolt, Replit, and similar tools)

  • Drive native integration opportunities that make Corti accessible in developer workflows

  • Work with product and engineering to scope and prioritize integration roadmaps

Certified Solutions Partner Network
  • Recruit and vet development agencies and consultancies to become certified Corti API experts

  • Build certification programs and technical training so partners can confidently deliver customer implementations

Strategic Partnerships and GTM Systems
  • Design joint go-to-market motions and co-selling programs that translate partner value into business outcomes

  • Build partner onboarding, enablement, and certification frameworks for agency, consulting, and strategic partners

  • Architect commission models, referral structures, and scalable systems that enable partnerships to execute with minimal friction

  • Work cross-functionally with finance, marketing, product, growth, and ops to build the systems and processes that make partnerships a growth engine

  • Track and report on partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact

What You'll Need

Maybe you were a partnerships or ecosystem manager at a developer-first platform like Twilio, Stripe, or ElevenLabs, where you sourced integration partners and built onboarding programs alongside a product or growth team.

Or you ran partner operations at a PLG SaaS company, owning commission models, certification frameworks, and referral systems.

Or you were a growth generalist at a Series A-C startup who touched partnerships as part of a broader GTM mandate and now wants to own the function. Whatever the path, you've worked somewhere the product is infrastructure, the users are technical, and partnerships means building scalable systems rather than managing a handful of enterprise relationships.

Technical Aptitude
  • Comfortable reading API documentation and understanding technical integration requirements

  • Can speak credibly with engineers and developers about implementation details

  • Experience with developer tools, platforms, or technical B2B products

Partnership and Systems Experience
  • Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing B2B partnerships

  • Experience building ecosystems, marketplaces, or channel programs (ideally from scratch)

  • Ability to design joint GTM motions and translate partner value into business outcomes

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with minimal structure. This is a 0-to-1 role.

Generalist Mindset
  • Willing to handle a wide range of tasks, from technical documentation to partnership contracts

  • Able to context-switch between strategic planning and execution details

  • Strong written communication for creating enablement content and agreements

What a Day Looks Like

In a single day, you might hop on a call to close an integration partner for the agent store, design a commission structure for a new referral program, negotiate a co-selling agreement with an AI coding platform, and pull together a pipeline report on marketplace growth. You might have a background in partnerships, revenue operations, business systems, or partner management. We don't care about the exact title. What matters is that you're passionate about what we're building, willing to work hard, and might be described by your friends as one of the smartest people they know.
