About Polymarket

Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.

We're growing fast, both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.

About the Role

We've signed million-dollar deals with some of the biggest names in media, including the Wall Street Journal, Substack, StockTwits, and RealClearPolitics. Right now, nobody owns the day-to-day execution on these relationships. That's the problem this role exists to solve.

You'll sit inside the Marketing team and report directly to the Head of Marketing. This is not a strategy-only role. You'll be in the weeds managing placements, updating creatives, tracking performance, and making sure every dollar we've committed to these partnerships is actually working. We're heading into a major election cycle and the media landscape around prediction markets is moving fast. We need someone who can keep pace and push these deals further than where we signed them.

The ideal candidate has sat on the other side of this equation. You've worked at a media company, you've managed brand partners, and you know from experience which placements actually drive results and which ones just look good in a deck. You'll bring that context to Polymarket and use it to hold our partners accountable and find new ones worth betting on.

What You'll Do
  • Own day-to-day relationships with active media partners including WSJ, Substack, StockTwits, and RealClearPolitics, keeping integrations on schedule and deals delivering full value.

  • Coordinate creative and copy updates across all partner placements, making sure assets reflect our content calendar and are refreshed consistently.

  • Track and report weekly on referral traffic, brand mentions, and placement performance across all active partners, flagging what's working and what needs to change.

  • Identify and pitch new media partners across finance, politics, crypto, and tech, building a pipeline of targets that make sense for where Polymarket is heading.

  • Walk new partners through technical integrations including APIs, iFrames, and SDKs, serving as the connective tissue between their teams and ours.

  • Think through the full execution of each partnership, from asset strategy to placement logic, and push partners to use our content in ways that actually move the needle.

  • Build and maintain a tracking system that shows how each partner is using our integrations throughout the year and surfaces opportunities to expand or renew deals.

What We're Looking For
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in partnership management, project management, or a closely related role within media or marketing.

  • Prior experience working at a media company such as Morning Brew, TechCrunch, or a comparable outlet where you worked directly with brand or advertising partners.

  • Demonstrated track record of managing high-value media partnerships end to end, including renewals and expanded deals, not just onboarding.

  • Enough technical fluency to walk a partner through API documentation, iFrame setups, or SDK integration without needing a hand from engineering every time.

  • Strong organizational habits. You can manage multiple active partners simultaneously without things falling through the cracks.

  • Clear, direct communicator who can write a good brief, give useful feedback on creative, and keep partners accountable without letting relationships go sideways.

  • (Plus) You've worked on the brand or partner side at a media outlet and understand how sponsorship and integration decisions actually get made internally.

  • (Plus) You have existing relationships with editorial or partnership contacts at major outlets in finance, politics, or tech.

  • (Plus) You have experience in prediction markets, crypto, or financial media and understand the audience we're trying to reach.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary & equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage

  • 401k match

  • Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
