About Nomic

Nomic is the domain-specific AI platform for the AEC industry, enabling firms to automate drawing review, code compliance, submittal review, and project research — connecting directly to a firm’s existing data infrastructure without requiring migrations. Our Developer and Agent APIs let technical teams and partners build on top of the same platform that powers our direct product.

Partnerships are a core growth lever for Nomic: they extend our reach into segments and geographies we can’t always serve directly, and they extend our product into the platforms our customers already use. As we scale, building a strong, well-structured partner ecosystem is critical to sustainable growth.

The Role

We’re hiring a Partnership Manager to own Nomic’s partner ecosystem end to end. This is a single, critical seat covering three distinct motions that today live in different parts of the business:

• Channel Partnerships — referral, reseller, and regional partners who extend Nomic’s reach into segments and geographies we can’t efficiently cover with a direct sales motion, and send us qualified pipeline in return.

• Technology Partnerships — partners who embed Nomic into their own product, powering it from the backend via our APIs, so their end users get AI capability without ever seeing the Nomic name.

• Product & Platform Partnerships — the relationships we maintain with major AEC platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore) that serve as integrated sources of truth for Nomic, so our integrations stay current, technically sound, and aligned with each partner’s roadmap.

You’ll start as the individual owner of this function — sourcing, structuring, and running partner relationships yourself — with a clear path to building a team as the partner ecosystem grows.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Revenue on commercial structure, with Legal on partner agreements, with RevOps on partner tooling and reporting, and with Product/Engineering on what our APIs need to support for technical integrations.

What You’ll Do

Channel Partnerships (Referral, Reseller, Regional)

• Recruit, structure, and manage referral and reseller relationships that route smaller and regional firms to Nomic without a direct sales motion

• Define and negotiate partner economics (referral fees, resale margin, regional exclusivity where relevant) inline with Nomic’s pricing model

• Enable partners to sell and support Nomic independently: playbooks, training, and a clear escalation path back to Nomic for onboarding and higher-tier issues

• Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline reporting, in partnership with RevOps Technology Partnerships

• Identify and close technology partners who want to embed Nomic’s AI capabilities into their own product via our APIs

• Scope commercial and technical terms for embedded, backend-integration relationships alongside Product and Engineering

• Manage the ongoing relationship post-launch: usage, roadmap alignment, and renewal/expansion of the underlying agreement

• Build the case for and help prioritize new technology-partner opportunities based on market reach and strategic fit

Product & Platform Partnerships

• Own and maintain Nomic’s strategic relationships with the major AEC platforms we integrate with as core data sources (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore)

• Work with Product and Engineering to keep these integrations technically current as partner platforms evolve, and to flag roadmap dependencies early

• Represent Nomic in partner marketplaces, co-marketing efforts, and joint customer conversations where relevant

Cross-Functional & Operational

• Own the partner agreement pipeline with Legal, from initial terms through signature, flagging commercial or risk issues before they reach contract

• Build and maintain partner-facing resources — playbooks, onboarding materials, pricing tools, and the partner portal — with support from RevOps and Marketing

• Report on partner-sourced ARR, activation, and health as a standing input to revenue planning

About You

Required

• 5–10 years in partnerships, channel, alliances, or business development in B2B SaaS, with direct ownership of partner recruitment, negotiation, and management

• Experience structuring commercial terms for at least one of: referral/reseller agreements, technology/API embed partnerships, or platform integration partnerships

• Comfortable negotiating directly with partner counterparts and coordinating with internal Legal on contract terms

• Strong written and verbal communication; able to represent Nomic credibly to both commercial and technical partner stakeholders

• Based in the New York City area, with flexibility for regular partner and industry travel

Preferred

• Experience partnering with or selling into the AEC industry, or with AEC-adjacent platforms (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, Egnyte)

• Familiarity with API-based or embedded technology partnerships, not just referral/reseller arrangements

• Background in a startup environment where the partnerships function was being built, not just maintained

• Comfortable working with usage-based or consumption-linked commercial models

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary plus a partner-performance incentive tied to partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR

• Equity participation

• Medical, dental, and vision coverage

• Flexible PTO • NYC-based, remote-friendly model with regular travel to partners and industry events

• A high-visibility, high-autonomy seat defining how Nomic’s entire partner ecosystem is built — with a clear path to leading a team as it scales

Nomic is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve.
