Barstool Sports is seeking a Partnership Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship provides hands-on experience in partnership marketing, supporting the execution of sponsor activations and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless integrations across content and events. This internship runs from May 26 to August 30 and is based out of our New York office.

What You'll Do
  • Provide day-to-day support to the partnership marketing team with sponsor activations across various projects and events.
  • Assist with administrative and organizational tasks to ensure smooth execution of partner programs.
  • Travel to on-site events as needed to assist with setup, breakdown, and activation management, ensuring all components run smoothly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, production, content development, sales) to support the activation and programming needs of key brand partners.
  • Brainstorm and provide ideas for potential new activations and improvements to existing ones for partners.
  • Gain exposure to all aspects of partnership marketing, including event management, brand integration, and creative ideation.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a "no job is too small" attitude, staying organized and paying close attention to detail.
  • Must be a rising senior interested in a career in partnership marketing.
What You Have
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams and external partners effectively.
  • A desire to learn and grow within the partnership marketing field.
  • Ability to travel to on-site events and assist with activation components.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
