About Polymarket

Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.

We're growing fast — both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.

About the Role

Polymarket is looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager for Sports to own the activation and execution of our blue-chip sports partnerships — MLB, UFC, LaLiga, Serie A, and beyond. You'll help ship assets and activations seen by millions: your work will live on TV broadcasts, social feeds, and in stadiums and arenas across the world.

This is a creative and operational role in equal measure. You need the design chops to produce world-class assets and the partnership instincts to know how to deploy them for maximum impact.

What You'll Do
  • Execute day-to-day activation of Polymarket's sports partnerships — managing deliverables, timelines, and partner relationships across leagues and properties

  • Design and produce creative assets for partnership activations — in-stadium, broadcast, social, and digital — working within partner brand guidelines and Polymarket's design system

  • Develop and champion creative concepts that elevate partnerships into culturally resonant, on-brand moments that drive real results — not just pretty executions

  • Build and own the distribution strategy that gets partnership content in front of the right audiences across owned, earned, and paid channels

  • Leverage AI tooling for design ideation and production efficiency — staying ahead of the curve on what's possible

  • Track activation performance against clear KPIs and bring data-informed recommendations to optimize future executions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sports partnership moments align with broader brand campaigns and product priorities

What We're Looking For
  • Know ball: tapped-in sports fan that consumes games and headlines 24/7 — breadth and depth, diverse knowledge across leagues and sports

  • Can design in Figma: able to balance ambiguity and design systems/partner constraints to deliver world-class creative

  • Have an eye for conversion: you know the difference between something that is pretty vs. something that drives real results

  • Adept at using AI tooling — for productivity and design ideation

  • Organized and able to function in a fast-paced environment

  • Can communicate and prioritize to meet deadlines

  • (Plus) Prior experience at a sports league, team, media property, or agency with a major sports portfolio

  • (Plus) Existing relationships within the sports partnership or media ecosystem

  • (Plus) Experience producing assets for broadcast or live event environments

  • (Plus) Familiarity with prediction markets, crypto, or fintech brands

Benefits
  • Competitive salary & equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage

  • 401k match

  • Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
