We deliver the most innovative gaming experiences possible to players around the world. Whether through community outreach, world-class events, or partnership integrations, the Epic Games Publishing and Marketing teams seek to surprise players with new experiences every time they drop in to play.

What You'll Do

Epic is looking to add a Partnerships Manager to its growing Partnerships organization to support the day-to-day operations, execution, and administration of key partnership programs across Fortnite’s Studio and Gaming IP verticals, as well as Fall Guys. In this role, you’ll help bring to life industry-defining interactive experiences by coordinating across internal teams, tracking deliverables, and supporting the execution of global partnership campaigns. While not directly responsible for managing external relationships, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and cross-functional collaboration that enables successful brand partnerships across Media & Entertainment, Sports, Automotive, Lifestyle, and Gaming.

In this role, you will
  • Work closely with internal partners across art/design, product, marketing, publishing, creative, engineering, legal, finance, procurement, and other teams to support the management of holistic partnership scopes and consolidate partner communications
  • Support day-to-day engagement with external partners, to understand their objectives and ensure all campaign elements across the ecosystem reflect them, along with key brand and legal guidelines
  • Collaborate and communicate as key point of contact internally on behalf of a partner to champion their needs
  • Support the team with day to day operations for the Epic Partnerships team, including coordinating meeting agendas, presentation decks, and minutes, maintaining status / partnership recap reports, maintaining team’s Airtable database, managing initiative documents, onboarding new vendors, ensuring internal reporting is up to date; and more
  • Assist with IP roadmap planning, including coordinating internal discussions and supporting deck creation for internal/external partner pitches
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience and Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Proven experience supporting account management, project coordination, and/or partnership operations—ideally within entertainment (film, TV, streaming, advertising/marketing), sports, automotive, or lifestyle industries
  • Experience supporting the execution of partnership marketing campaigns, product launches, or gaming-related initiatives
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with a track record of working effectively across internal and external teams
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities in fast-paced environments
  • High attention to detail and comfort navigating ambiguity while supporting cross-functional, senior-level teams
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to support others under pressure
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Jira, Trello, Tableau, Miro, Asana, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, Slack, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience assisting in the development of presentations, partnership overviews, recaps, and internal documentation
  • Comfort curating and tracking KPIs across games, social platforms, and research sources to produce actionable reporting

This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA, NYC, & WA).
