About you

We are looking for a Partnerships Director to drive Kings League’s sponsorship revenue growth by developing, negotiating, and closing high-value partnerships with brands, agencies and advertisers across the lifestyle, entertainment, and sports ecosystem.

You will personally drive key deals while acting as the commercial reference point for the US market, working closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and directly close sponsorship deals with brands, agencies, and advertisers, whether lifestyle, consumer, or sports-oriented, active in the entertainment and sports ecosystem.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and renewal.

  • Identify and sell sponsorship opportunities around Kings League competitions, teams, players/talents, digital content, and live events, building tailored offers that align with brand business objectives.

  • Develop high-value commercial proposals focused on performance and ROI.

  • Build long-term partnerships that generate recurring revenue.

  • Own the commercial pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets.

  • Negotiate complex contracts (rights, exclusivity, activations, durations, pricing).

  • Work closely with internal teams (content, marketing, production, operations) to ensure flawless execution of partnerships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sports sponsorship sales or high-value commercial partnerships.

  • Proven track record of successfully closing high-value sponsorship and commercial partnership deals.

  • Experience in a sponsorship agency, sports property, or brand with strong commercial exposure.

  • Hunter mentality, highly results-oriented and target-driven.

  • Excellent negotiation and commercial storytelling skills.

  • Established network of decision-makers in the sports and sponsorship ecosystem.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding, and entrepreneurial environment.

  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.

Diversity & Inclusion commitment

At Kings League we strongly believe in building an inclusive and diverse work environment, where everyone can develop their full potential. We are committed to the integration of people with disabilitites and different capabilities, and fostering a team where everyone has the opportunity to contribute and grow. If you meet the requirements of the position, we invite you to send us your application; we value the richness that diversity brings and look forward to welcoming your talent and experience.
