About dub

Founded in 2021 in NYC, dub is building the first copy-trading platform where instead of picking stocks, you pick people and mirror their investments. We've built the first marketplace for connecting retail investors with investing talent.

Our mission is to simplify investing by making it about people selection, and hopefully onboard the ~50% of Americans who don't own a single stock and aren't participating in the greatest wealth creation engine of our times: the stock market. Job done right, we will rewrite the playbook for how the regular individual invests and transform global GDP.

Backing

We've recently raised over $30 million during our Series A funding round from visionaries who support our mission. Our institutional investors include Notable Captial, Neo, Tusk Ventures Partners, and Slow Venture, and our angels consist of partners from Sequoia and A16Z, Sandberg Bernthal Venture Partners, and the current or former CEO/Founders of Uber, Airbnb, Robinhood, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, and TIAA.

About the role

As a Partnerships & Growth Specialist at dub, you will be responsible for architecting and executing the technical infrastructure of our Creator Program—the core revenue-generating mechanism for our copy-trading platform. This role requires deep expertise in data analytics, marketing technology automation, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance frameworks specific to broker-dealer and RIA operations. You will design sophisticated conversion funnels, build automated data pipelines, conduct quantitative performance analysis, and develop technical solutions that scale our marketplace while ensuring regulatory adherence.

This position demands a unique combination of technical acumen in data systems, financial markets knowledge, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into operational frameworks. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, compliance, and executive teams to drive strategic initiatives that directly impact company revenue and growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Build real-time data visualization dashboards and BI reporting systems to monitor creator acquisition, conversion rates, subscription performance, and revenue attribution
  • Architect process automation using n8n and AI tools (Cursor) to scale partnership management and automate creator outreach, documentation, and reporting workflows

  • Conduct quantitative analysis on creator investment strategies, portfolio composition, risk-adjusted returns, and performance attribution using statistical methods
  • Build analytical models to evaluate creator track records, including Sharpe ratios, drawdown analysis, and comparative benchmarking
  • Design data-driven frameworks that translate complex investment strategies into educational content and marketing materials

Marketing Technology & Growth Strategy

  • Build marketing analytics infrastructure including attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and CAC optimization to transition from paid to organic channels
  • Create technical systems for multi-channel content distribution with YouTube analytics, SEO tools, and performance tracking
  • Develop quantitative frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify high-performing content formats using statistical analysis

Compliance, Product & Strategic Initiatives

  • Design automated compliance documentation systems for marketing materials and partnership agreements per SEC, FINRA, and state requirements, including digital record-keeping with version control, audit trails, and workflow automation
  • Provide quantitative analysis and financial modeling to support executive decision-making on strategic initiatives, product launches, revenue model validation, and business model evolution
  • Identify growth opportunities through comprehensive data analysis across partnership development, marketing effectiveness, and product analytics

  • Understanding of broker-dealer, RIA regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA) or demonstrated transferable compliance expertise from related financial regulatory frameworks (CFTC, NFA)
  • FINRA Series licenses (Series 3, 7, 65, or 66) or equivalent regulatory qualifications

Nice to Haves

  • Python or R for data analysis and automation
  • API integrations, web scraping, and ETL pipeline development
  • Machine learning applications in business analytics
