About Us

Bolder Apps is a product development studio that partners with US-based startups and established companies to build and scale innovative digital products. We specialize in AI-powered development, full-cycle product creation, and engineering team augmentation. Our mission is simple: build bolder, faster, and smarter.

Our Culture & Values (read before applying)

We move fast. We take ownership. We work with AI, not against it. And we expect everyone to bring ideas, not wait for instructions.

There are no daily checklists, no micromanagement, and no corporate politics. Instead, you'll have autonomy, trust, and a team that's always ready to help you grow. At Bolder Apps, impact matters more than titles, and curiosity matters more than seniority.

If you want a place where you can level up fast and actually see your work making a difference - welcome aboard.

The role

We're hiring a Partnerships Manager to grow Bolder Apps through partnerships with design agencies, marketing agencies, technology partners, and larger platforms. You'll identify the right partners, open and close agreements, keep those relationships healthy, and turn them into real pipeline and revenue for our product development work.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own a pipeline of agency, design, marketing, and technology partnerships
  • Open conversations with larger platforms and product companies that can refer, co-sell, or co-deliver with us
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements (referral, reseller, co-marketing, integration, and similar)
  • Activate partners after signature: enablement, introductions, joint opportunities, and ongoing relationship management
  • Run co-marketing and co-selling motions with partners (webinars, case studies, marketplace listings, joint proposals)
  • Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and report results clearly
  • Work closely with sales, delivery, and leadership so partner opportunities convert into real projects
  • Represent Bolder Apps at relevant partner and industry events

Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience owning partnerships, business development, or channel relationships (agency, SaaS, or tech services preferred)
  • Proven track record opening doors at agencies and/or larger platforms, and turning those into signed partnerships
  • Strong written and spoken English; comfortable leading executive-level conversations
  • Comfortable negotiating commercial terms and writing clear partnership agreements
  • Self-directed: you build your own pipeline and follow through without a playbook handed to you
  • Based in the United States, with availability for US Eastern / Pacific partner calls
  • Nice to have: experience with AI product or software development partnerships, marketplace programs, or agency networks

Benefits

Benefits

  • Remote-friendly US role with flexible hours
  • Direct access to leadership and a clear path to own the partnerships function
  • Work on real product partnerships, not cold outbound volume
