Acceler8 Labs is where growth gets personal.

We’re a performance marketing company founded by two former Facebookers who decided to build something better after seeing the gap between traditional agencies and the real needs of modern brands.

We believe scale isn’t about bigger budgets but smarter decisions. Our team has helped brands across the globe generate over $1 billion in revenue by combining sharp strategy, bold creativity, and hands-on execution.

We’re designed for the digital era, where everything evolves at the speed of light. Our work evolves alongside it, adapting to the industries, platforms, and audiences we help grow.

We partner with some of the world’s fastest-growing brands, from disruptive startups to global household names, to turn marketing spend into measurable business growth.

About the Role

We're looking for a full-time Partnerships Manager who can turn the right relationships into a steady stream of growth.

This isn't a sales role, and that distinction matters. You won't be cold-calling prospects or closing deals. Instead, you'll be building relationships with the platforms, tools, and communities that our future clients already trust. Think Klaviyo, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Shopify app partners, martech platforms, ecommerce tools, and business associations in major markets across North America. Your job is to make sure that when someone in your network needs a performance marketing partner, Acceler8 is the first name that comes to mind.

The "sale" you're making is to the partner, not the client. That means understanding what their customers struggle with, finding genuine ways to create mutual value (whether that's lead sharing, co-hosted events, or collaborative content), and showing up consistently enough that the relationship actually produces results. It's relationship management, ecosystem thinking, and a bit of marketing instinct, all in one.

You'll work closely with our BDM team and leadership to identify the right partners, activate new ones, and keep existing relationships warm, mutual, and moving. Your success isn't measured by revenue closed but by the quality of the doors you open.

As a Partnerships Manager, you will:

  • Build and manage a portfolio of tech, platform, and association partners that serve as consistent lead sources for Acceler8 Labs
  • Source and book qualified client meetings through partner channels, with a target of 10 new client meetings per month
  • Activate 2–3 new partner relationships per month through co-marketing initiatives, lead sharing, content collaboration, and co-hosted events
  • Drive net new partner acquisition by identifying emerging platforms, tools, and communities that share our ICP and can benefit from a mutual referral relationship
  • Nurture and activate our existing partner network, turning dormant connections into live pipelines
  • Help define and refine our Ideal Partner Profile, shaping how Acceler8 Labs thinks about ecosystem growth
  • Support the BDM team through the partner-sourced pipeline, from warm intro to discovery handoff
  • Track and report on partner activity, meeting volume, and pipeline contribution
  • Connect Acceler8 Labs clients with the right tools, platforms, and partners, making intros and opening doors when they need it most

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem/channel roles — ideally within martech, ecommerce, or the agency space
  • Know the ecommerce and performance marketing tech stack well enough to have credible conversations with the teams behind these platforms
  • Are a natural relationship builder, someone who follows up, shows up, and finds genuine ways to make partnerships mutually valuable
  • Have a builder's mindset and aren't waiting to be handed a playbook
  • Can balance nurturing long-term relationships with the hustle of activating new ones consistently
  • Are curious, strategic, and tenacious when it comes to building relationships
  • Are comfortable with occasional travel — the day-to-day is remote, but you'll be expected to attend industry events, partner meetups, and team gatherings as the role requires
  • Live in the US (we’re a remote-first team)

Why Acceler8 Labs?

We built Acceler8 to bridge the gap between agencies and brands, replacing complexity with clarity and collaboration. Our model is rooted in three pillars: Fuel (media), Spark (creative), and Insight (analytics), each designed to move faster, think smarter, and deliver measurable impact.

Here you’ll have the room to experiment, fail fast, and learn even faster. Your ideas won’t get lost in a Slack thread. You’ll be part of a team that values transparency, curiosity, and craftsmanship.

We take care of our people so they can take care of their work, their families, and themselves.

We offer:

  • Remote workdays so you can design a schedule that works for your rhythm
  • Flexible hours because great work can happen anywhere (and we trust you to know where that is)
  • Comprehensive benefits to make sure you and your family are supported, healthy, and cared for
  • Learning and certification opportunities to help you grow your craft, not just your title
  • Real autonomy because we believe in hiring smart people and giving them the space to do great work
  • The chance to build something that scales for our clients, and for you

If you’re ready to lead a team that’s redefining what performance marketing looks like, we’d love to chat.
