Join our journey

We're hiring our first Partnerships Manager to build and own our partnerships function from scratch. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role with real visibility and influence on go-to-market strategy. You’ll work closely with company leadership to define our approach to strategic partnerships, including accounting firms, implementation providers, VARs, and other players in the financial ecosystem.

Responsibilities and Impact

  • Define, build, and execute Nominal’s US-based partnerships strategy
  • Identify and engage strategic partners (e.g., accounting firms, resellers, service providers, tech platforms)
  • Develop repeatable processes for partner onboarding, enablement, and collaboration
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with partners over time
  • Track and report on partnership performance, feedback, and outcomes
  • 2–4 years of experience in a partnerships role, working with ERP implementors - a must
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder - you know how to open doors and keep them open
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership in an early-stage environment
  • Organized, curious, and strategic - but also hands-on and execution-oriented
