Lead Treasure's partnerships function by identifying, pitching, and managing strategic relationships across the collectibles ecosystem. Build partner pipeline, craft proposals, coordinate with product and GTM to launch integrations, represent Treasure at events, and shape partnership strategy.

Treasure is building the operating system for collectibles.

We’re building the infrastructure that connects the collectibles ecosystem: from events and vendors to inventory discovery and the people buying, selling, and collecting.

As we scale, partnerships will be a major part of how we build that ecosystem.

We’re looking for a GTM Lead to drive growth and identify and build relationships with the companies, platforms, and organizations that can make Treasure more valuable to everyone in the collectibles ecosystem.

The Role

This is an early-stage, high-ownership role. You won’t be handed a list of partners to manage.

You’ll figure out who Treasure should partner with, why the partnership makes sense, and how to turn the idea into something real.

That could mean identifying opportunities with grading companies, marketplaces, card shops, content companies, event brands, technology providers, data companies, or other players in collectibles.

You’ll work directly with the founders across business development, product, sales, and strategy, and have significant ownership over the partnerships function.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify high-value partnership opportunities across the collectibles ecosystem

  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential strategic partners

  • Research companies, products, and trends to uncover partnership opportunities

  • Develop relationships with decision-makers across the industry

  • Reach out to potential partners through email, LinkedIn, social media, events, and other channels

  • Develop partnership proposals and figure out mutually beneficial opportunities

  • Own partnerships from initial conversation through launch and ongoing management

  • Work with product and GTM to turn partnerships into real distribution, product, and revenue opportunities

  • Help shape Treasure’s broader partnership strategy as we expand

  • Represent Treasure at collectibles events and build relationships across the industry

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong interest in collectibles, TCGs, sports cards, or the broader hobby ecosystem

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent business instincts and ability to identify mutually beneficial opportunities

  • Highly proactive and comfortable creating your own opportunities

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and getting in front of decision-makers

  • Strong organization and follow-through

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to get your hands dirty

  • Previous experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or startups is a plus

You do not need to have a traditional partnerships background. We care more about your ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and make things happen.

Why Treasure?

Treasure already has powered 3,000+ card shows across the country, giving us a growing network and a front-row seat to the collectibles industry.

We’re an early-stage company with a big ambition: to build the operating system for collectibles. That means there is a huge amount left to build — and partnerships will play a major role in determining what that ecosystem looks like.

You’ll work directly with the founders, have real ownership over the partnerships function, and help shape how Treasure connects with the broader collectibles ecosystem.
