About LiveFlow

LiveFlow is on a mission to redefine how businesses manage their finances. We are building the next-generation accounting and finance platform that transforms outdated systems and complex, often manual workflows into a simple, smart and intuitive user experience—and we need a brilliant designer to help us bring our vision to life.

We have raised over $21M from top-tier investors including: YC, YC Continuity, Valar Seedcamp, WndrCo, Moonfire, Bradley Horowitz (VP Product, Google) and more.

We are helping thousands of companies to streamline their financial workflows and we have hundreds of 5/5 ratings on G2.

Our founding team previously worked at Europe's fastest growing fintech, Revolut.

About the role

We're hiring a Partnerships Manager to build and run our influencer and media partnerships program.

The role

You'll find, evaluate, and close partnerships with finance and accounting influencers, podcasts, newsletters, and media platforms. You'll negotiate sponsorship deals, buy ad placements, and figure out which bets are worth making.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and analytics. You need to be able to cold outreach a podcast host, negotiate a deal that makes sense for both sides, write ad copy that actually resonates, and then measure whether the spend was worth it.

You're a fit if you:
  • Have 2-3+ years in business development, partnerships, or media buying

  • Are great at getting your foot in the door; you know how to cut through noise and get a response

  • Have strong negotiation skills and commercial instincts

  • Can analyze ROI and make data-driven decisions on where to allocate budget

  • Can concept ad ideas and sponsorship formats

  • Are comfortable being scrappy; this is a build-from-scratch role

Nice to have:
  • Existing relationships with finance/accounting creators or media outlets

  • Background in fintech, finance, or B2B SaaS marketing

  • Experience with podcast or newsletter sponsorships specifically
